Reason of this disease is not known exactly. It is the calcification of ear ossicles disease of which genetic susceptibility has a big role; in white race it is encountered 10 times more than the black and red race. In women frequency increases with the pregnancy. With the calcification movement capability of the ear ossicle restricted and they cannot transmit the sound to inner ear. In the clinic, most common patient complaints among applied is ringing in the ear, tinnitus, hearing loss (person cannot hear the sound completely which comes in the normal ear channel that is called streamline) and typical patient profile is middle age and above females. Diagnosis can be made after examination and hearing tests. Treatment is to remove calcificated ossicle by an operation and replace it by a special denture.  Surgery is performed inside the ear channel and nowhere is cut on the external ear (tragus).  The day after the surgery patient is dismissed.  And he returns to daily life. Results of the treatment is prospering.
